The Camera Obscura marks the starting point for our excursion through the cinematic landscape of Hesse. It records the activity around the Main River day and night. The Main and the skyline are also featured in the first shot of Wim Wenders' LISBON STORY, which was filmed from the roof of the German Film Museum.
