Eleven years older than Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is another fairy tale film from the early days of animation: Lotte Reiniger's The Adventures of Prince Achmed. This film was not drawn but is entirely made up of silhouettes (cutout figures). It is considered the first full-length animated film that still exists today.
